Vintage Beautility Cocktail sideboard with absolutely amazing Walnut matched veneers running across the top and down the entire front which has been sympathetically and creatively restored back to its full glory after being salvaged.
Created in 1959 it boasts Mid Century Modern features but is definitely hugely inspired by Art Deco style with it's bold shape which combines to create an elegant and distinctive piece that I think is just that little bit different.
The piece also has an unusual slim cocktail / display section on top which is curved to echo the main body and features curved glass inset shelves either side and further cupboard.
As pictured this section is completely removable if you prefer it without.
Generously proportioned overall with a good height and so there is plenty storage space in the 2 large cupboards and 4 drawers.
Subtle metallic detailing has been added to doors, drawers, legs and edges in the restoration process to accentuate and to compliment the colours of the original wood grain.
The original handles have been refinished to match.
